About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Associate Director, Market Access Analytics, is a senior individual contributor within Insights & Analytics, exclusively dedicated to partnering with Sobi North America’s Market Access teams.
  • Reporting to the Director, Field Excellence & Market Access Analytics, this role serves as the analytics thought partner for payer, channel, and patient access performance across Sobi’s product portfolio.
  • Responsible for translating complex access, channel, and patient journey data into actionable insights that enable decision-making by market access leaders and field-based teams.
  • Guide development of market access KPIs, lead analytics initiatives across core access domains, and ensure delivery of executive-ready insights through standardized reporting, dashboards, and business reviews.
  • Highly collaborative, analytically rigorous, and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of U.S. market access dynamics, strong business acumen, and the ability to clearly articulate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to guide strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years biotech/pharma experience in consulting or analytics role.
  • At least 3+ years of dedicated experience in U.S Market Access analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of access-related datasets (e.g., MMIT, claims, specialty pharmacy, distribution, contracting data)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong intellectual curiosity.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative partner with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions through data.
  • Self-directed, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
