About the role
- Build and execute the Global Medical strategy
- Manage engagement of global KOLs in the therapeutic area
- Give input to clinical studies (RWE, phase IV) as required
- Collaborate with the scientific/communication director to develop the communication strategy
- External and internal training and training material
- Scientific input to scientific publications
- Support to cross-functional projects
- Provide scientific input to the development and review of promotional material
Requirements
- Medical degree or PhD
- Relevant global medical affairs experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (+7 years)
- Previous relevant experience (+5 years) in cardiometabolic/lipidology
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic and tactical medical plans
- Experience and ability to engage with key external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively evaluate and analyse medical/scientific literature
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
