Requirements
In-depth Creative Strategy - Building performance driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok.
UGC Management - You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver UGC Tiktok content consistently for each client account. You will be the main point of contact for clients’ creative needs, ensuring all creative KPIs are met and managed. You will be working closely with Tiktok creators to ensure the UGC content created is of a high and commercially viable quality. Strong organisation and consistency in updating our creator spreadsheets is imperative.
Influencer management - You will lead the hunt to help create partnerships with brands and creators. This will include finding creators who are authentic to each brand, managing creator relationships, ensuring UGC content is delivered on time, and also negotiating terms in line with our budgets. Creative: Actively contribute and collaborate on the TikTok creative strategy for a multitude of brands. You will not only help lead our internal TikTok brand development sessions but also will communicate ongoing creative TikTok ideas to each client.
Research - You must consistently be aware of upcoming trends on TikTok and up-to-date with potential new content angles.
Analysing performance data such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR and Hold-Rate to drive creative optimisation and reporting.
Has a strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial angle.
3+ years of agency experience.
Experience working and communicating with influencers.
6+ months of hands-on experience with the TikTok platform.

Ability to conduct in-depth research and strong pattern recognition.
Excellent communicator.
Ability to understand human psychology, sociology & why people buy things.
Be passionate, enthusiastic, and personable.
Skilled in client management and communication.
