About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execution of paid search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands.
- Developing, managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen.
- Working closely with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists and founders to drive profitable customer acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Conducting regular account audits and strategic reviews.
- Creating testing roadmaps focused on scaling performance and improving efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to improve account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies and budget allocation.
- Continuously optimizing campaigns using platform data, attribution insights and commercial performance indicators.
- Ensuring campaigns are aligned with agreed KPIs and growth objectives.
- Analyzing Google Ads, GA4, Shopify and attribution platform data to drive decision-making.
- Producing actionable insights and recommendations that influence client growth strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record managing six and seven-figure annual advertising budgets.
- Strong expertise across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Experience working within a performance marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV and AOV.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam and GA4.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
