About the role
- Role: Account Manager with UGC Influencer, Performance Creative, and Project Management.
- Responsible for managing communication with all campaign and content stakeholders.
- Reports to: Senior Account Manager.
- Location: Remote - 1 day in the office per month (HQ in London).
- Compensation: £33,000 - £40,000 + Bonus/ Benefit Scheme + 27 Days Paid Holiday.
- About Hambi Media: fast-growing UK performance creative agency for e-commerce brands with in-house design, production, strategy and UGC teams.
- About the role: main point of contact for clients; managing communication with all stakeholders to meet/exceed goals.
Requirements
- You have 2 years of experience in Account management, Project management or a similar role.\u00a0
- Hold previous experience within e-commerce, performance creative or digital marketing.
- You are familiar with a service led business and the KPIs that follow this.
- You can confidently lead client calls and communicate with a strong initiative to move projects forward.
- You are comfortable managing client expectations, so that you agree on targets and forecasts and how to achieve them.
- You have a deep passion for and understanding of social media, algorithms, emerging and existing trends and what brings success for brands on Meta and Tiktok.
