About the role
- Lead and oversee all aspects of people operations including workforce planning, talent management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement people policies that balance employee needs with business objectives.
- Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide guidance on complex HR matters including disciplinary and grievances.
- Build and manage robust performance review frameworks.
- Partner with department heads to align people goals with commercial objectives.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development programmes.
- Ensure consistent career development and progression processes.
- Lead company-wide culture initiatives and internal communications.
- Drive engagement through recognition, feedback loops, and inclusive events.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain a values-led culture that drives motivation and excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Present people insights and performance trends at leadership level.
- Collaborate with finance and operations on reward, benefits, and headcount planning.
