Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of progressive corporate tax experience within a regional/Big 4 public accounting firm or a multinational in-house corporate tax department.
Proactive Relationship-Building Skills: You are a genuinely collaborative, people-first professional.
International Foundations: Exposure to multi-entity corporate structures and cross-border transactions.
A Tech-Enabled Efficiency Mindset: A proven track record of using data tools to optimize accounting or tax workflows.
Systems Familiarity: Experience with corporate tax software and advanced data analytics and automation tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
It Would Be Awesome If You Also… Hold a professional credential such as a CPA, MST, or equivalent.
