About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design high-performing digital ads while contributing to the creative strategy behind campaign concepts and executions
- Create standout visuals for product launches and brand campaigns across web, social media, OOH, TV, and additional marketing channels
- Edit and retouch images, prepare production-ready assets, and maintain high accuracy across both digital and print formats
- Collaborate closely with the brand, growth, and content teams to ensure a consistent and elevated visual identity across all touch points
- Support the development and evolution of snuggs’ visual identity and brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with design, fashion, and digital marketing trends to continuously bring fresh creative ideas to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong professional experience in graphic, visual, or brand design (ideally working with fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
- A sharp eye for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating assets for both digital and print production, with attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-oriented design thinking
- Fluency in English, Czech is a plus
