About the role
- Perform accurate bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for practice leadership
- Manage purchasing of office and clinical supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely procurement
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of therapy materials and equipment
- Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to anticipate operational needs
- Assist with budget development and expense tracking
- Support compliance with relevant financial and privacy regulations
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting)
- Strong skills in financial software (Excel, or similar)
- Advanced skills and knowledge in QuickBooks (QBO)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
