About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on AI/ML expertise and support to technical decision makers and data scientists
Design and architect AI solutions built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud
Position Snowflake’s AI and ML features and value to technical stakeholders at customers across the Americas
Partner with account teams and customer champions to scope and drive proofs of concept to successful technical wins
Deliver executive readouts and business value cases
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AI and ML roadmaps based on customer feedback
Publish blog posts, conference presentations, notebooks, demos, and other technical collateral
Influence, tailor, and maintain Sales Engineering AI and ML selling assets, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and customer stories

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud
Familiarity with generative AI techniques such as RAG, few shot learning, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
Deep knowledge of Python and common ML packages such as LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch
Knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies such as dbt, Airflow, and Spark
Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
Working knowledge of tools in the LLM ecosystem such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other OSS packages
Experience with large-scale infrastructure-as-a-service platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP
1+ years of practical Snowflake experience is a bonus
Knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology such as Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, or Greenplum
