About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales alignment and go-to-market strategy with system integrator partners
  • Strengthen and expand collaboration between Snowflake and SI partners to drive mutual business growth
  • Develop, lead, and execute partner strategies for the assigned territory and key industries
  • Drive growth with joint customers, deliver go-to-market programs, enable partner capabilities, and support customer success
  • Work with sales teams to identify strategic SI partners and create joint account plans and campaigns
  • Identify partner solutions, offerings, and capabilities that expand Snowflake adoption and consumption
  • Meet and exceed sales quota, consumption, and demand-generation goals
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing
  • Communicate territory strategy, vision, and priorities to partners
  • Articulate partner value propositions and share insights with internal teams
  • Assist system integrators with education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal support
  • Monitor joint-initiative performance, sales data, pipeline reports, market trends, commercial outcomes, and partner impact
  • Maintain communication with system integrators during pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Develop relationships with PSO leaders to ensure use cases and go-live dates are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with revenue-target accountability
  • Previous direct sales experience preferred
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
  • Ability to manage regional business plans and track and articulate partner progress
  • Strong executive presence and polish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%
