About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales alignment and go-to-market strategy with system integrator partners
- Strengthen and expand collaboration between Snowflake and SI partners to drive mutual business growth
- Develop, lead, and execute partner strategies for the assigned territory and key industries
- Drive growth with joint customers, deliver go-to-market programs, enable partner capabilities, and deliver customer success
- Work with sales teams to identify strategic SI partners and create joint account plans and campaigns
- Identify partner solutions, offerings, and capabilities that expand Snowflake consumption
- Meet and exceed sales quota, consumption, and demand-generation goals
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing
- Communicate territory strategy, vision, priorities, and partner value propositions
- Support system integrators through education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal processes
- Monitor joint initiatives, sales data, pipeline reports, market trends, commercial outcomes, and partner impact
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities with system integrators
- Develop relationships with PSO leaders to ensure use cases and go-live dates are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with revenue-target accountability
- Previous direct sales experience preferred
- Track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners
- Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
- Ability to manage regional business plans and track and articulate partner progress
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel an estimated 25–50%
- Ability to work from or relocate within commuting distance of the designated local Snowflake office
- Work authorization in the country to which the applicant is applying
