About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia
- Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks
- Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up
- Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track
- Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target
- Achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0
- Provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Manage the operational relationship with assigned clients and ensure their applications scale to meet business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 2–5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in SQL basics
- Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence
- Fundamental Snowflake architecture knowledge
- SnowPro Core certification required within 60 days of hire
- Fluent in English
- Local language fluency where required by regional requirements
