About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Project Manager Delivery Team and PM teams delivering Snowflake Services Delivery offerings
Hire, coach, and lead the PM Delivery Team while fostering high performance, growth, and ownership
Build and execute a strategic business plan aligned with regional Services Delivery objectives, revenue, and consumption targets
Produce financial forecasts covering revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, and hiring goals
Lead large complex engagements and engage executive and sponsor stakeholders on customer and partner sides
Act as an escalation point to facilitate collaboration, decision-making, internal alignment, and customer buy-in
Standardize delivery by reviewing proposals and estimates, conducting project reviews, and developing tools
Drive customer satisfaction and delivery quality
Collaborate with Sales, Services Delivery, Resource Management, leadership, and implementation partners
Develop partner strategies to scale services delivery and maintain consistent quality
Identify and define new service offerings with the Go to Market team
Participate in key sales pursuits
Draft and review custom Statements of Work and identify gaps, issues, and risks
Drive repeatable industry-based solutions across similar customers within a vertical
Manage performance against headcount, escalation, consumption, utilization, revenue, quality, and regional objective KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of Professional Services delivery experience
Experience building and leading large teams of 25+ people
Experience managing Professional Services with accountability for revenue, headcount, utilization, and other financial targets
Strong management consulting experience and skills
Proven experience building and executing a large scalable Program Management Office within Consulting or Professional Services
End-to-end PMO governance framework experience for internal and external use
Experience building strong, impactful teams in a collaborative environment
Ability to lead by example and directly get involved in escalations
Ability to identify process improvement areas and prioritize optimization
Experience identifying risks affecting project timelines or deliverables
Executive stakeholder presence with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with consumption-based business models and on-premises and SaaS solutions
Experience managing cross-functional Professional Services teams, including consulting, implementation, trainers, and project managers
Experience working with delivery partners to improve service quality, reliability, and repeatability
Ability to forecast and achieve or exceed delivery metrics, including customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and utilization
Ability to travel as needed
