Develop and articulate a clear vision for Snowflake Notebooks, ensuring alignment with the broader Snowflake platform strategy.
Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows related to data exploration, analysis, and collaboration.
Prioritize features based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Build technical and developer / data scientist facing features like Scheduling, Telemetry, Compute Environments, AI/ML integrations, and more
Closely collaborate with a number of internal technology partner teams, like Cloud Engineering, Snowpark Python, Compute, AI/ML teams
Work in a cross functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, design, data / product analysts, technical program managers, engineering, marketing / alliances, sales and support.
Manage programs and structure projects to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
Manage customer preview programs and engage in frequent conversations with customers both on site and in customer offices to understand their needs, gather feedback, and overall ensure that product direction is in tune with customer needs.
Identify opportunities to differentiate our notebook offering with innovative features tailored to data professionals and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in an area where ML engineers or Data Scientists were a key persona you served
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with other notebook products or IDEs, and experience working with data professionals (data engineers, analysts, and scientists).
Technical Skills: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to data pipelines, SQL, machine learning, or similar domains.
Customer Focus: Proven track record of delivering products that delight users and solve real-world problems. Experience with Enterprise customers.
Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and lead by influence in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or similar practical experience.
