Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation of SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, etc.)
Prepare or review quarterly financial statements.
Prepare disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements.
Prepare earnings per share calculations.
Prepare or review monthly journal entries, accounting analyses, and reconciliations related to stock-based compensation.
Manage quarterly reporting and auditor reviews.
Drive process improvement opportunities for financial reporting.
Stay up-to-date on changes to accounting standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license required.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate financial reporting role.
Strong background with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, XBRL tagging) required, including knowledge of SEC reporting standards.
Experience with public company stock administration and stock-based compensation expense reporting preferred.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions.
Superior attention to detail.
