Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, or a related field
Proven track record leading operational transformation in a P2P or S2P environment
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools
Deep familiarity with Workday or a comparable ERP
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Executive-level communication skills
Experience managing globally distributed teams
Nice to Have: experience with Navan, ServiceNow, or similar T&E and ITSM platforms
