About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute the Commercial Field Marketing strategy, developing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer expansion.
- Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities and growth opportunities.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget management, vendor coordination, promotion, measurement, and optimisation.
- Own and grow strategic ecosystem partnerships, including Snowflake's relationship with Station F and broader startup, VC, PE, and partner communities.
- Work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Startup Program teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, and business impact, using insights to continuously improve results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS, cloud, technology, or high-growth businesses.
- Proven experience developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong track record of partnering with sales teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience planning and delivering events, executive programs, integrated campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing programs based on data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing technology platforms.
- A self-starter mentality with a passion for building, innovating, and driving business impact.
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional programs and events.
