About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow relationships across 50–70 existing commercial clients in the Melbourne region
  • Build trusted relationships with Snowflake's internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists, Customer Success)
  • Align Snowflake's value to customers' business and technical challenges
  • Drive revenue growth and increase market share through land-and-expand motions
  • Work hands-on with customers to deliver tailored solution demonstrations
  • Guide customers through digital transformation and cloud adoption
  • Provide ongoing post-sales technical guidance to customers' technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of full-cycle sales experience or equivalent B2B sales experience (SaaS or cloud technology preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships within the Australian market
  • Ability to drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
  • Proactive, independent thinking and a high-energy, positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
