About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow relationships across 50–70 existing commercial clients in the Melbourne region
- Build trusted relationships with Snowflake's internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists, Customer Success)
- Align Snowflake's value to customers' business and technical challenges
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share through land-and-expand motions
- Work hands-on with customers to deliver tailored solution demonstrations
- Guide customers through digital transformation and cloud adoption
- Provide ongoing post-sales technical guidance to customers' technical teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of full-cycle sales experience or equivalent B2B sales experience (SaaS or cloud technology preferred)
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships within the Australian market
- Ability to drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Proactive, independent thinking and a high-energy, positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
