Key responsibilities & impact

Drive and give pragmatic advice for the Americas region on employment issues
Manage and resolve employment-related disputes and litigation matters
Draft, negotiate, and enforce employment-related agreements
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of employment-related policies
Build and implement scalable employment policies
Monitor changes to employment laws and advise stakeholders
Partner with HR and Finance on global mobility issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

JD from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
Minimum of 3 years legal experience
Substantive labor and employment law experience
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
