About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and give pragmatic advice for the Americas region on employment issues
- Manage and resolve employment-related disputes and litigation matters
- Draft, negotiate, and enforce employment-related agreements
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of employment-related policies
- Build and implement scalable employment policies
- Monitor changes to employment laws and advise stakeholders
- Partner with HR and Finance on global mobility issues
- Prepare and deliver training on employment law topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- JD from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 3 years legal experience
- Substantive labor and employment law experience
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
