About the role

  • Support customer engagements by assisting in presenting Snowflake’s technology and vision to diverse audiences
  • Contribute to technical wins by planning and executing technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Partner with customers and technical champions to foster trust and collaboration and drive long-term customer success
  • Develop technical expertise through tailored demos, hands-on labs, and Snowflake learning resources
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Snowflake’s partner ecosystem to ensure customers realize the value of Snowflake
  • Participate in mentorship and on-the-job learning and contribute to team development

Requirements

  • Some experience in a technical role (e.g., Solution engineering, solutions architecture, or software development), preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or cloud technology
  • Basic familiarity with SQL and/or Python, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Passion for solving problems and eagerness to grow technical and business skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both written and verbal
  • Desire to understand customer challenges and deliver meaningful solutions
  • Collaborative team player approach
  • Preferred: experience with modern data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery), CI/CD tooling, Spark, containers, DevOps tools, orchestration tools, Git
  • Preferred: understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Preferred: familiarity with data science, machine learning workflows, or governance tools
  • Must be able to complete application form items including work authorization and in-office commuting questions (in-office attendance is an essential function)
