About the role
- Act as a Snowflake technical leader and trusted adviser for our startups
- Provide expert architectural and technical guidance, specifically focusing on the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application design to enable rapid deployment on Snowflake
- Work closely with Product Teams to gain in-depth knowledge of the latest features and provide direct support to startups
- Build technical assets such as blog posts, Youtube videos, and quickstarts to accelerate the adoption of the startups
- Evangelize joint solutions and product integrations by speaking at conferences, webinars, and other events
- Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and messaging.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a pre-sales/customer facing role
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience and a solid understanding of the ecosystem
- Proven experience in building applications and a strong understanding of the SDLC
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and/or Snowpark Container Services
- Deep experience with large-scale database, data warehouse technologies, or data platforms
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and Python, along with experience in other relevant programming languages for application development
- Understanding of cloud architectures and services from AWS, Azure, and Google
- Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
- Top-notch organizational skills and ability to context switch seamlessly
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience
