HR Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support payroll, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and employee lifecycle activities
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries
- Generate HR compliance reports from Paylocity
- Troubleshoot employee and manager issues related to Paylocity access and functionality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Paylocity experience required
- Experience in a government contracting environment preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and employee support orientation
