About the role
- Write high-retention YouTube scripts on topics spanning investing, markets, trading, and personal finance
- Translate expert financial insights into compelling stories that resonate with everyday investors
- Collaborate with traders, producers, and editors to align on creative direction and accuracy
- Develop repeatable content formats (explainers, debates, challenges, interviews) that can scale
- Use performance data and audience feedback to refine style, tone, and structure
Requirements
- Passion for finance, investing, and helping people succeed in the markets
- 3+ years of experience in professional writing (YouTube, journalism, financial media, or education)
- Strong understanding of markets, trading, and personal finance concepts
- Proven track record of making complex subjects accessible and entertaining
- Storytelling instincts tailored to YouTube pacing, hooks, and retention
- Collaborative approach and openness to iteration with creative and subject-matter experts
