About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns our teams to drive seamless product development that supports our business goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and our Expert Contributor network to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly platform for our internal and external customers.
- Foster a culture of fast iteration, learning from failures, and continuous improvement
- Advocate for research investments, understanding their impact and ensuring significant differentiation
- Provide technical and strategic product leadership while balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
- Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to scale and evolve our DaaS platform
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in software, with at least some experience at a startup
- Experience building products with an appreciation for user experience in SaaS environments, delivering end-to-end workflows that involve user interfaces and SDK experiences for internal teams.
- People management / leadership experience, with a track record of recruiting, mentoring and guiding teams
- Strong execution skills in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Experience working across infrastructure, machine learning, and web-based product teams
- Proven ability to connect business goals to product strategy and translate complex technical requirements into user-focused solutions.
