About the role
- Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule estimate appointments for all leads that come in through phone, e-mail or lead services utilizing a light screening script and input them accurately into our CRM.
- Support Senior Estimators as needed.
- Support production department by managing the pre-job process including client communication and project set up.
- Accurately manage client and project-related activity in our CRM and Project Management software.
- Communicate pre-production schedules with clients.
- Create meeting agendas and take minutes in meetings as needed.
- Coordinate company meetings and events.
- Other administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service, administrative or operations experience
- Have the ability to occasionally meet in person at the office
- Secure in learning and using cloud-based software tools
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring responsibilities
- Ability to pass a background check.
