About the role

  • Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Schedule estimate appointments for all leads that come in through phone, e-mail or lead services utilizing a light screening script and input them accurately into our CRM.
  • Support Senior Estimators as needed.
  • Support production department by managing the pre-job process including client communication and project set up.
  • Accurately manage client and project-related activity in our CRM and Project Management software.
  • Communicate pre-production schedules with clients.
  • Create meeting agendas and take minutes in meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate company meetings and events.
  • Other administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service, administrative or operations experience
  • Have the ability to occasionally meet in person at the office
  • Secure in learning and using cloud-based software tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage recurring responsibilities
  • Ability to pass a background check.
