About the role

  • Come up to speed quickly on the Snif brand principles and style guide
  • Design original brand and product-specific content to be used across multiple visual mediums
  • Create print and packaging production files from renderings
  • Translate design concepts into print-ready dielines for primary and secondary packaging
  • Work alongside our Product Development team to maintain brand consistency, quality, and color matching
  • Design in-store signage and display materials for retail that stands out in-store
  • Produce print collateral to support our marketing activations
  • Create fun merch designs to accompany hero product launches and marketing efforts
  • Contribute to product and campaign launches with digital deliverables across email, sms, social, and ad assets as needed
  • Bring a fresh point of view to creative brainstorms while staying true to Snif’s evolving brand identity
  • Collaborate closely with our Chief Brand Officer, Art Director and Senior Graphic Designers and work cross-functionally with teams across Retail, Product, Growth, and Retention
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every asset is polished, aligned, and ready to shine
  • Look for ways to streamline, optimize, and improve workflows and processes

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of packaging and production design experience in-house or at an agency
  • Intuitive, natural creativity and a passion for design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Premiere and After Effects are a major plus!)
  • Fluid design approach that can translate across print, packaging, signage, and digital mediums
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and hierarchy
  • Experience designing packaging artwork and print-ready files
  • Knowledge of the print collateral creation process from working with templates to pre-press proofing
  • Experience designing digital-first assets (ie. emails, SMS gifs, paid ads, and organic social assets)
  • Organized asset management from sizing and cropping to exporting and file naming
  • Technical design eye and insane attention to detail
  • Collaborative spirit and openness to constructive, cross-functional feedback to maintain brand standards and make your work the best it can be
  • Next-level time management and project management skills. You’re a pro at taking an idea and owning it until completion
  • Hunger to learn new creative platforms and seek out unexpected forms of inspiration that keep the brand fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking
  • Strength and rigor in navigating ambiguity. You’re a self-starter and a team player
  • Eagerness to roll-up your sleeves with a “figure it out” mentality
  • An intentional and innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to make a product or process better
  • You can provide a portfolio of work that shows your high-quality design ability
  • Strong organizational skills
