About the role
- Inbox Management: Respond to student inquiries about university-verified achievements and SNHU’s student success platform, Merit.
- Writing & Content Development: Build content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for scheduled communications, offer content suggestions, assist with drafting written content, upload content to digital communication channels, and provide general writing and editing support.
- Quality Assurance: Support content review and proofreading processes to ensure messages meet SNHU’s editorial standards and are error-free.
- Research & Data Reporting : Conduct research, compile data reports, and gather supporting materials to inform team decision-making and communication strategies.
- Project Management: Build and maintain projects in the team’s project management software, Wrike.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program.
- Preference will be given to NH-based candidates pursuing a degree or concentration in Communication, Marketing, Creative Writing and English, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
