About the role
- Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by providing guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course
- Support students by providing instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning
- Report to the faculty dean team
- Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes
- Encourage student interaction through active participation in online discussions
Requirements
- Master's degree in Literature, English, Creative Writing, or a related field
- Experience working with diverse, non-traditional students
- Creative writing publications are required
