About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build learning experiences that help users understand our software quickly
  • Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets, interactive modules, video walkthroughs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources focused on product knowledge
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs
  • Improve content quality and consistency over time
  • Shape the learning strategy with recommendations on delivery formats, sequencing, and content frameworks
  • Contribute to team tooling and organization inside our LMS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 or more years of experience creating learning material for SaaS or other technical software environments
  • Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning approaches
  • Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools (for example: Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, or comparable tools)
  • Ability to simplify complexity
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders without sacrificing quality
  • Curiosity about how people learn and motivation to keep improving the experience
  • Familiarity working with a claims platform or other operations-heavy enterprise software (nice to have, but not required)
