About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Submit and track prescription orders to compounding pharmacies using LifeFile
  • Review patient details and prescription data to ensure 100% accuracy before submission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience submitting orders to compounding pharmacies via LifeFile; closely related compounding pharmacy order-processing experience may be considered
  • Direct experience working within the U.S. healthcare system and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical data privacy
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy
