About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front-office, dental receptionist, or dental administrative role.
  • Hands-on experience using Dentrix Ascend (required).
  • Experience with dental scheduling, patient coordination, and insurance verification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
