About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own day-to-day ad buying and campaign strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns for multiple brands
  • Evaluate budget and targeting recommendations critically
  • Develop a monthly and quarterly paid media strategy
  • Provide direction on ad creatives based on performance data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing live Meta Ads accounts
  • Working experience managing Google Ads Shopping campaigns
  • Direct experience with e-commerce brands, especially beauty or hair care is a strong plus
  • Ability to produce clear performance reports
