About the role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Build and manage flows, triggers, and process automations to optimize business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design and customize objects, fields, workflows, and reports to align Salesforce platform with business objectives
- Maintain and improve data integrity, security, and overall system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and updates
- Support growth of SnappyCX's healthcare staffing business through Salesforce solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- Solid experience with flows, triggers, and process automations
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred
- Experience in the healthcare staffing industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Understanding of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar)
- Strong debugging and testing practices using Salesforce Developer Console and other tools
