About the role
- Handle end-to-end ABA medical billing processes
- Verify patient insurance eligibility
- Process and track prior authorizations
- Submit claims and follow up with insurance providers
- Resolve claim issues, denials, and payment discrepancies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in ABA billing or direct work with an ABA provider/institution
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable communicating with patients and insurance companies
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
