About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own, optimize, and integrate a growing portfolio of business applications
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions
Review the architecture, design, code, and provide approval
Implement and maintain Internet and intranet applications using Salesforce
Assist with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, and workflow development
Manage day-to-day development processes such as version control, code deployments, and process management
Create and manage custom code, custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes
Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios
Proactively identify and propose areas where AI/automation can be leveraged to streamline workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Analyst/Engineer
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
Experience with system integrations and API management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to be a 'go-getter,' take initiative, and work independently
Willingness to train and adapt quickly to new technologies and business processes on the fly
