About the role
- Help Snappr expand by growing our SF team
- Set up and maintain a strong recruitment funnel for each position to meet growth targets
- Write and post job ads on recruitment websites to source talent
- Perform cold outreach to candidates via Linkedin to convince them to apply
- Set up video calls with interested candidates to tell them about Snappr
- Schedule and coordinate in-office visits from candidates to meet the team for later rounds
- Sell Snappr's value proposition to candidates
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Requirements
- Solid experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles at hyper-growth companies
- Experience in recruiting director level roles is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Highly analytical; able to use data to solve recruiting challenges
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
