Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end data platform: ingestion, pipelines, architecture, quality, and governance
Business intelligence and management reporting
Regulatory data reporting to the Bank of Greece and ECB
Data Governance framework: policies, lineage, stewardship, and GDPR alignment
Credit scoring models, AI/ML underwriting capabilities, and financial resilience metrics
Data team performance, development, and professional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior data leadership experience at a regulated institution
Deep expertise in analytics and BI, with a proven track record of regulatory data reporting (Bank of Greece, ECB, or equivalent supervisory authority)
First-hand experience operating data platforms at scale; you have been in the engine room, not just the boardroom
A demonstrable record of building and managing high-performing teams — including handling performance, instilling accountability, and fostering a professional culture
Strong Data Governance knowledge: lineage, stewardship, GDPR, and data quality frameworks
Familiarity with the Greek regulatory environment (BoG, CBI, DORA)
Experience with financial resilience or behavioural credit modelling
Hands-on AI/ML capability, specifically in credit risk, scoring, or real-time decisioning
