About the role

  • You identify potential customers for our snapAddy solutions — through inbound leads, referrals and cold outreach
  • You systematically prepare and conduct online customer meetings (via Microsoft Teams)
  • You create proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
  • You liaise with our development department regarding product enhancements and customer feature requests (SalesTec meetings)
  • You regularly attend trade shows and events
  • You document your sales activities and successes in the CRM system

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in software sales
  • You are comfortable using computers for installing and using web-based software
  • You have a strong technical aptitude
  • You have a confident personality and are highly self-motivated
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English
  • You have experience with CRM systems and maintaining contact data
