Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving sales growth of product lines within designated territory.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Developing strong customer relationships and executing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in the CRM.
- Achieving sales targets by identifying new customers and expanding business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferably in manufacturing or similar industry.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no major driving violations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals and sales strategies.
