About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end execution of Snap's compensation planning cycles covering base, bonus, and equity
- Manage project plans, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, system readiness, and post-cycle audits
- Lead compensation programs and projects from design through rollout
- Partner with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and People Tech on plan changes and tool enhancements
- Project-manage identification and rollout of AI-enabled compensation workflows
- Build AI enablement resources to support team adoption
- Analyze competitive cash, equity, and total rewards trends using Radford, Pave, and Compa
- Inform program design, benchmarking, and pay positioning recommendations
- Build and deliver calculators, FAQs, manager guides, and executive-ready presentations
- Support equity-program operations through employee-facing FAQs and guides
- Drive continuous improvement in equity operations and employee experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or another related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company
- End-to-end ownership of compensation programs or planning cycles
- Experience serving as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform; Workday strongly preferred
- Experience with market benchmarking tools such as Radford, Pave, and Compa
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
- Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience building and delivering executive-ready slides and narratives
- Strong program/project management skills across concurrent, deadline-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with compensation norms and labor market trends outside the U.S.
- Effective partner management across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders
- Genuine interest in applying AI tools to compensation workflows
- Preferred: experience supporting compensation for G&A functions
- Preferred: experience with equity administration platforms such as Schwab EquiView or similar
- Preferred: experience identifying, project-managing, or deploying AI-enabled HR or Compensation workflows
- Preferred: experience with large datasets using BigQuery or SQL; Python familiarity a plus
