About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the overarching commercial strategy, accurately forecast, and deliver measurable impact across your portfolio of top-tier market leaders.
  • Anticipate customer needs, identify new growth opportunities, and connect multiple revenue streams into cohesive plans.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, establishing clear priorities, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as a senior advocate for Snap’s new and existing products.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign success—including ad rejection escalations, audience segmentation, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Contribute to team culture, lead shared initiatives, and help raise the quality bar across the BD team by modeling excellence and sharing best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, account management, or a related strategic client-facing role
  • Experience owning senior client relationships and influencing commercial strategy.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
