About the role
- Develop, maintain, and improve a system-level power model
- Understand, characterize, and model power consumption for various hardware components
- Integrate battery model into run time estimates
- Collaborate with product and system architecture teams for use case analysis
- Extract and integrate pre-silicon power estimates
- Partner with various submodule teams to gather accurate power data
- Measure power and performance data from prototypes
- Provide insights for power reduction strategies
- Create and maintain documentation for power models
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering
- Experience in modeling using Python
- Ability to travel including domestic and international
