About the role

  • Design and build scalable security solutions across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and IT teams to embed security into architecture, development, and operational workflows.
  • Lead high-impact security initiatives from design through deployment, ensuring systems are resilient and aligned with business goals.
  • Drive incident response and strengthen detection, investigation, and remediation capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership in secure design, threat modeling, and risk reduction best practices.
  • Define and execute the security roadmap, continuously improving controls, tooling, and overall security posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as computer science, engineering or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of post-bachelor’s industry experience; or a Master’s degree in a technical field + 7+ years of post-grad security experience; or a PhD in a related technical field + 4 years of post-grad security experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience as an Engineering Manager
  • Extensive experience designing and deploying production-quality software solutions at scale
