  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science or equivalent years of practical work experience
  • 9+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience; or a Master’s degree in a technical field + 7+ year of post-grad software development experience; or a PhD in a related technical field + 4+ years of post-grad software development experience
  • 1+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
  • Background with building high availability and mission critical systems
  • Experience with leading an engineering team
  • Ability leading and executing large, complex technical initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of a company
