About the role
- develop, own, and execute a subscription growth roadmap focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention
- enhance and optimize core growth levers around paywalls, pricing, funnels, and subscriber lifecycle management
- partner with Engineering and Design to ship features and experiments that deliver measurable impact on product goals
- champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that all product decisions enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement and retention
- utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
- effectively communicate product updates, learnings, and KPIs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- demonstrate high quality decision making capabilities and accountability for outcomes
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company; OR a Masters and 1+ years of experience
- experience working on a consumer subscription product or on a growth team is a plus
- understanding of subscription business drivers and growth levers
- adaptability to pivot and focus on the biggest opportunities
- ability to clearly prioritize and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment
- excellent analytical skills, experience with AB testing, and the ability to define goals and success metrics
- ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
- skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organization
- ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
