About the role

  • Monitor performance and KPIs to optimize acquisitions, conversions, and commissions.
  • Manage and forecast budgets with a P&L approach.
  • Define commercial strategy through network segmentation analysis.
  • Oversee affiliate program governance, platform needs, partner onboarding, and remuneration model management.
  • Optimize digital journeys.
  • Analyze data trends across the network to optimize overall program performance.
  • Plan and manage online and offline budget focusing on affiliate remuneration.
  • Support commercial strategy based on segmentation model analysis and identify key criteria to establish new omnichannel sales point segments.
  • Streamline various online and offline remuneration models and develop sustainable remuneration structures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated years of hands-on performance monitoring experience, whether in-house or at a digital agency.
  • Strong grasp of standard methodologies and algorithm updates.
  • Confident with key tools (e.g. Google Analytics, business intelligence tools).
  • Familiar with platforms like Netrefer, microgame affiliation platform.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to extract insights from metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication across teams.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English.
