About the role
- Monitor performance and KPIs to optimize acquisitions, conversions, and commissions.
- Manage and forecast budgets with a P&L approach.
- Define commercial strategy through network segmentation analysis.
- Oversee affiliate program governance, platform needs, partner onboarding, and remuneration model management.
- Optimize digital journeys.
- Analyze data trends across the network to optimize overall program performance.
- Plan and manage online and offline budget focusing on affiliate remuneration.
- Support commercial strategy based on segmentation model analysis and identify key criteria to establish new omnichannel sales point segments.
- Streamline various online and offline remuneration models and develop sustainable remuneration structures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated years of hands-on performance monitoring experience, whether in-house or at a digital agency.
- Strong grasp of standard methodologies and algorithm updates.
- Confident with key tools (e.g. Google Analytics, business intelligence tools).
- Familiar with platforms like Netrefer, microgame affiliation platform.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to extract insights from metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication across teams.
- Proficient in both Italian and English.
