About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and manage carriers' and NVOCCs' rate schedules.
- Support specialists and analysts in the daily flow of quotations and bids.
- Support management by monitoring carrier contracts and allocations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years' experience in maritime import pricing.
- Extensive knowledge of freight cost composition and local charge nomenclature.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms.
- Degree completed or in progress in International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields.
- Analytical skills and ability to work with numbers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about pricing.
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, WebCargo, and CargoWise is a plus.
