• Provide cross-functional support within IPS by conducting analytical and research-based tasks
• Conduct analysis, problem solving, and research on emerging technology trends
• Support the validation and documentation of key systems and applications requiring Disaster Recovery (DR) planning
• Conduct reviews of Disaster Recovery Plans to identify outdated content or missing information
• Assist in organizing and coordinating logistics for tabletop exercises and DR simulations
• Monitor progress and ensure follow-up on action items related to DR initiatives
• Prepare summaries of DR-related tasks and activities and create presentation materials for leadership review
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including drafting knowledge articles
• Gain exposure to new technologies and methodologies
