About the role
- Configure the Sprinklr platform according to project requirements
- Support implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects
- Work with contact/service flows, automations, bots, rules, SLAs, and digital channels
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
- Document processes and solution configurations.
Requirements
- Experience configuring and/or implementing platforms
- Knowledge of AI/bots and/or CCaaS
- Strong communication and organizational skills with an analytical mindset
- Fluent in English
- Project experience
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr is a major advantage
- Experience in Contact Center, omnichannel, or AI projects is also a plus
